"Elvis" as performed by Darrell Dunhill

Elvis has definitely not left the building – in fact, he’s back for a third year at the Lyric, as performed by Treasure Coast resident Darrell Dunhill.  And each season, his audiences can’t get enough. Every Dunhill show features Elvis hits throughout the decades, complete with authentic costumes and sound tracks that meticulously recreate the original arrangements.  Classic favorites like “All Shook Up,” “Suspicious Minds,” and “Love Me Tender,” are always part of the mix, but Dunhill also likes to introduce audiences to less familiar songs out of the 1,500 that Presley recorded. 
Dunhill, who is considered to be one of the greatest Elvis impersonators in the world, is happy to be back “in the building” for another season.  “The Lyric Theatre has been wonderful,” says Dunhill.  It’s comfortable, it’s nostalgic – it’s the perfect Elvis venue.”
