Pauly and the Goodfellas: The History of Rock and Soul

The “ultimate show from the gangstas of soul,” Pauly and the Goodfellas The History of Rock and Soul will take you through the history of the rock and soul genres in this premier musical comedy adventure. A grand tribute to the 1950s and ‘60s, Pauly and the Goodfellas The History of Rock and Soul explore the way that soul transformed the musical landscape of America from Aretha Franklin to the Temptations, from the Isley Brothers to Stevie Wonder. The show features the founding member Pauly, the “sweetest singer this side of the equator” Joey, the wacky and wild Reese, and the multi-talented, genre-bending Shane-O.

Pauly and the Goodfellas begin their show in the ‘50s, in a style reminiscent of the critically-acclaimed PBS series My Music:'60's Pop, Rock & Soul. Paying tribute to some of the greatest groups of the mid-20th century, the Goodfellas perform the best of the Drifters, the Coasters, Bill Haley and the Comets, and more. Journeying into the 1960s, Pauly and the Goodfellas explore the sounds of an era with a focus on the legendary Four Seasons. The show continues into Motown, the Beach Boys, straight to the Blues Brothers. Finally, relive the disco years with Pauly and the Goodfellas in a tribute to the Village People and beyond.
