The Lyric Theatre Presents

Peter Lemongello

Singer Peter Lemongello is the first entertainer to sell over one million albums on television.  In 1976 -- decades before Esteban performed his music on QVC and the Home Shopping Network -- Lemongello launched an unprecedented television ad campaign in the New York market to promote his Love 76 Mood-Rock album.

By taking his music directly to the public, Lemongello became a household name and an instant hit, selling out Carnegie Hall, Madison Square Garden, Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and venues in Las Vegas and Atlantic City.  He also sang on “The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson,” as well as the Merv Griffin, Mike Douglas and Dinah Shore television programs.

This golden-voiced tenor continues to perform to enthusiastic audiences nationwide, crooning a repertoire of enduring popular hits.  His concert at the Lyric will feature such favorites as “I’ve Got the World on a String,” “For Once in My Life,” “The Lady is a Tramp” and Lemongello’s own “Do I Love You.”

Join Peter Lemongello for an evening of the songs you’ll remember, sung by the voice you’ll never forget!
