Peter Pertis - "Enchantment at the Piano"

Internationally acclaimed pianist Peter Pertis was born in Budapest, Hungary. He received his Doctorate of Music from the prestigious Franz Liszt Academy of Music in Budapest where he later became a Professor of Piano. He was recognized for his artistry in the many concerts he gave in the major cities of Europe, South America, Australia, Middle East, Japan, and in the USA.  He defected from Hungary in 1978 during the Cold War, but returned in 1996 to great critical acclaim.  Critics have praised his playing as being remarkable for it’s "Deep-rooted poetry”, "Outstanding genius of his interpretation", and "a driving force along with a lyrical sensitivity.” (Record and Recordings, London.)  Dr. Pertis is currently dividing his time between Budapest and his adopted city of Stuart, Florida.  Please visit www.peterpertis.com

Founded in 1968 as a non-profit organization, The Center provides students with a formal classroom education while instilling Godly character during a five-day-a-week boarding school. Counseling and resources for parents or guardians to strengthen and restore a healthy family and structured home environment are also provided.
